Terms of Use
Effective September 2, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cnnctd.work and related pages operated by CNNCTD, LLC ("CNNCTD," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who may use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the site for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Information, not professional advice
Site content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating information and obtaining qualified advice for your circumstances.
No client relationship
Visiting the site, using the assistant, or submitting a form does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other client relationship. A client relationship begins only when CNNCTD and the client sign a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information you submit and represent that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful content, credentials, highly sensitive personal data, or another party's confidential information without authorization. Website submissions are not treated as confidential unless CNNCTD separately agrees in writing.
You allow us to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, operate the business, and exercise the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site and its content—including text, graphics, branding, design, frameworks, and other materials—are owned by CNNCTD or used with permission and are protected by intellectual- property laws. CNNCTD, The Stack, Discipline Stacking, and Closed-Loop PM may identify CNNCTD offerings or frameworks. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site for lawful, personal, or internal business evaluation.
You may link to public pages and quote brief excerpts with clear attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, train a model on, or create derivative works from substantial site content without written permission.

You may not:
- Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with site operation, security, or another person's use of the site.
- Introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or evade technical safeguards.

Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, availability, or security.
Site availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but content may become incomplete or outdated and interruptions may occur.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CNNCTD and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.
