Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
CNNCTD, LLC ("CNNCTD," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through cnnctd.work and related pages, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you provide. This may include your name, work email, company, phone number, preferred contact method, service interests, business challenges, desired outcomes, availability, time zone, and anything else you include in a form or message.
- Public-website and analytics information. Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, performance measurements, and the date and time of a visit. We also measure high-level interactions such as call-to-action clicks, form starts and completions, assistant use, and Insight Hub filters. We do not intentionally send names, contact details, typed questions, form contents, or search terms in custom analytics events. We also use Microsoft Clarity to record public-page session behavior — mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — and to generate heatmaps, so we can see how the site and assistant are actually used. Clarity masks input values and content it classifies as sensitive by default; other public-page text may remain visible in recordings. The consultation form and the assistant's question field are additionally set to always mask their content, so what you type is not visually recorded. We also use Google Analytics to measure traffic, referral sources, and how visitors move through public pages of the site. These marketing analytics and session-replay tools are not loaded in the signed-in Admin or client workspaces, authentication pages, or private assessment links.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, account credentials, or confidential business information through a website form unless we specifically request it through an appropriate channel.
Public website assistant
The website assistant answers common questions from prepared public information. If a question needs a more flexible answer and that feature is available, we send the question and a small set of relevant public CNNCTD facts to OpenAI to generate a response. Please do not include personal, confidential, or client information in an assistant question. The assistant does not access private Admin records or client workspaces. Asking a question does not create a sales inquiry; only submitting the separate inquiry form does that.
Private team assessments
If your organization invites you to a CNNCTD Culture & Operating Alignment assessment, we use your email address to send a private survey link. You may save a draft or submit one response. The survey asks about work experiences and optional priorities and comments; please avoid names or identifying details in written answers. CNNCTD staff can review individual responses for analysis. Your organization's administrator can see the invited roster, but not who responded or their individual answers. We release only a reviewed group report when each included role group meets the minimum reporting threshold.
You can withdraw a submitted response through its private link until the survey closes; doing so deletes the response and revokes that link. After close, contact us to request a documented correction rather than an unrecorded change to a released report. We delete survey answers and invitation links 90 days after report release, or 90 days after survey close if no report was released. The approved aggregate report remains with the client record. The private survey does not use our marketing analytics or session replay.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and consultation requests.
- Evaluate whether CNNCTD is a fit for the work you describe.
- Provide, administer, and improve our services and website.
- Understand site usage, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, consent where requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help host, secure, measure, and operate the website and business, including Vercel, our Admin system's infrastructure, Google Chat, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and OpenAI when AI-assisted answers are enabled. Vercel provides website hosting, traffic analytics, and performance measurement. New consultation requests are recorded in CNNCTD Admin; Google Chat can notify CNNCTD that a request arrived. Older requests may remain in ClickUp from before the Admin cutover. Microsoft Clarity provides session-replay and heatmap analytics for public pages, described above. Google Analytics measures public-page traffic and referral sources. OpenAI processes eligible public-assistant questions to generate answers, as described above.
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or contractors who need it for their work.
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to legal process.
- A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage a current or potential business relationship, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention also depends on the nature of the information, why it was collected, legal requirements, and the settings of our service providers. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to appeal our response or complain to a privacy regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, email privacy@cnnctd.work. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted- advertising opt-out to process at this time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, network, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International visitors
CNNCTD is based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your location.
Children's privacy
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
